By accessing or using The Pull Up Inc. app or website ("The Service"), you agree  to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
 2. Service Overview

 The Pull Up Inc. provides same-day delivery of beauty products via independent drivers. Orders are placed  through our mobile or web platform and delivered directly to your location, often within hours. All  deliveries are tracked via GPS and may include body care, cosmetics, hair products, and other personal  essentials.

 3. User Responsibilities

 You agree to:

 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these responsibilities are violated.

 4. Payments and Fees

 You agree to pay all applicable charges for products and delivery fees as listed at checkout. Payments are  processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

 5. Cancellations & Refunds

 Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of submission. Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect  items, as determined by our review team. Submit refund requests through the app or website within 24  hours of delivery.

 6. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pull Up Inc. is not liable for:

 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

 We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or within  the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
